Very clean, comfortable, good sized room and bathroom, with nice, hot shower. Great choice at breakfast. Good location, walking distance to most attractions, tram stop nearby. Helpful reception staff, with good pre arrival communication re room choice, transfers, excursions etc. They will also store your luggage on check out day. Overall a good service from a good value hotel.

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable rooms with enough storage place. Furniture a bit outdated, but no problem with it. Staff was helpful and friendly, upon arrival they were ready to offerrooms close to each other. Breakfast was really great, wide range of cheese, cold cuts, fruits, yoghurt, cakes, hot meals etc. Everything of good quality. The location is great if you would like to go out: close to restaurants and bars, Old Town is easy to reach by foot.

LOCATION: 5 minutes walk from Kazimierz/the Jewish quarter and 20 minutes walk form the old town. But you can always get the tram (for the old town), which is right outside the hotel. Tram number 3 connects the hotel with the train station, too. The location is convenient to be picked up, if you book excursions (Auschwitz, Salt mines, Zakopane....). Great rich breakfast! Every day, it had some different things, so even after 1 week of stay, we could always find to eat something tasty and new. Very comfortable location: currency exchange kiosk just outside with the best rate, few mini markets in 1 min walk, in 5 min walk you are at the center of Jewish quarter with its restaurants and historical places. Super clean hotel!! Nice stuff speaking different languages.

Comfortable hotel room with a lot of space in the rooms and bathroom. The aircon worked amazingly, which was especially important given how hot it was. The room was well equipped and the staff sent us emails throughout the stay in case we needed anything. Good location, 5 mins from Kazimierz and about 15 mins from old town square by foot.

The location, staff and breakfast lots of choice. Plenty of hot water for shower. Good location easy to walk from to get around Kraków. Tram stop just outside. Easy to get to from the airport, train SAK1 to Grzegorzki is very close literally 400 meters away.

Nice hotel ,good location, staff friendly, large warm room ,mattress comfortable, didn't like bed frame as knocked my legs on it a few times, but that's just me. Liked the fresh water you could help yourself to, breakfast was more than satisfying, plenty of choice.

Great choice for a short getaway trip to Krakow - location is excellent to explore on foot or by tram. The jewish quarter with lots of cafes and restaraunts is a short walk away. We had a spacious double room with balcony on inside yard side so it was very peaceful. The bathroom is great size with nice shower. Bed was pretty comfortable too. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. Really cool art around the halls too! We had breakfast 3 times - all options the same but lots to choose from. Water coolers on each floor - appreciate it.
